Frequently Asked Questions

What is Fantasy Tribes?

Fantasy Tribes is a Survivor-inspired fantasy game. Create or join a league, draft a tribe, set weekly lineups, make Edgic and Finale predictions, and climb the standings with smart strategy.

How do I play Tribal Survival or view Votigami?

The fastest way is to click the logos at the top-left of the header. The Tribal Survival torch logo jumps to your lineup and stats, and the Votigami logo opens vote charts and powerful search tools. Prefer links? Try Tribal Survival and Votigami.

How do I create or join a league?

Head to Leagues. Create a league to invite friends, or join via an invite link from a league owner.

When do lineups lock?

Lineups lock when the episode airs on the East Coast. You can set your lineup any time before that.

Can I make a Weekly Wager?

If your tribe’s total points are positive going into the week, you may wager on who goes home next—double if correct, zero if not. Wagers must be submitted before the episode airs.

What are Tribe Swaps and how do they work?

Tribe Swaps let coaches trade castaways between coaches’ tribes to reshape strategy mid-season. Trades must be value-balanced (1 MVP = 2 draft picks), and a tribe can never have more than 3 MVPs. You can’t trade eliminated castaways, swaps are not allowed during episodes, and the swap window closes before the Final 7 episode. Check your tribe page for swap options and league-specific settings.

Where can I learn all the rules and how-to guides?

Use the How to Play dropdown in the main navigation for a full set of guides, including: Fantasy Tribes Rules, How to Host a Draft, How to Calculate Edgic Rating, Creating & Managing Leagues, and Tribal Survival Rules.

Is Fantasy Tribes free?

Yes—playing is free. If you’d like to support development, you can donate here.

What is Tribal Survival, and how do I play?

Tribal Survival is our weekly picks game. Each round, as a coach, choose your picks on the Lineup page, then follow progress on Leaderboard and dive deeper with Statistics. You can also reach these pages by clicking the Tribal Survival logo in the top-left.

What if I miss a week in Tribal Survival or join late?

If you haven’t used your one-time skip yet, missing a week will automatically use it—so you won’t take a loss that round. After your skip is used, missed rounds count as losses. If you join mid-season, the same rule applies: your skip offsets one missed round; the rest are recorded as losses.
